Airport Layout Plan, Master Plan, and Planning Advisory Committee Jason Equitz provided an update regarding the SRE (Snow Removal Equipment) and ALP (Airport Layout Plan). Purchase of snow removal equipment (SRE): Jason has submitted our SRE funding request to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. The DOT is still working through the Buy American waiver submittal. The main part of the submittal included a table that illustrated that the project's materials are 100% domestically sourced. While we cannot estimate a timeframe for approval, Jason anticipates having the new equipment by next winter. The Airport Layout Plan (ALP) has also been submitted to the DOT. The updated ALP will allow for additional hangars to be built. Hangar rental is one of the airport's primary sources of income. Again, no estimate as to the timeline is available. Jason is hopeful that we can begin construction on the new hangars in late 2027. New Business None Adjourn: A motion to adjourn was made by JD Schreib and seconded by Kim Weckerly. The motion passed unanimously at 6:35 PM. Next Meeting: 1/12/2026 at 6:00 PM at the FBO. Respectfully submitted, Jim Holm, Chairperson
