Standing and Old Business
1. Airport Manager’s Report
• Fuel sales from 2/9 to 3/9 totaled 2,370 gallons of Avgas and 29 gallons of Jet A.
• The price of Avgas will increase by $0.10 on Tuesday, bringing the new price to
$4.39.
• A full load of Avgas was delivered ahead of the upcoming price increase.
• The T‑Hangar #1 door track has been repaired, and with the frost out of the
ground, the heaving under the doors has resolved.
• We are waiting for a calm, non‑windy day to install the new doors that were built.
• Animal holes are appearing outside the airport; please report any that appear
inside the airport grounds to the airport manager.
• Loose brush along the fence by Highway 20 was cleaned up to prevent it from
ending up in the farmer’s equipment.
• Painting has begun in the FBO shop and will continue as time allows.
• A small gas leak in the FBO shop—identified by Doug Neilson—was repaired by
O’Leary Plumbing.
• Fire inspections will begin soon.
• Individuals who did not comply with the previous fire inspection request have
been contacted and will be prioritized this cycle.
2. Airport Layout Plan, Master Plan, and Planning Advisory Committee
There was no further update on the Airport Layout Plan. We are waiting to hear back
from the State.
3. Underwing Fueling Hook-up for Jet A
There was no update regarding the underwing fueling hook-up. Doug hopes to have
additional information available for the April meeting.
