MEETING MINUTES VILLAGE OF EAST TROY AIRPORT ADVISORY COMMITTEE February 9, 2026 Page 1 of 2 Call Meeting to Order Roll Call: Chairperson Holm called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Present: Jim Holm, Doug Gauger, Sean Plastine, JD Schreib (via phone), Mike Starck, and Kim Weckerly Absent: None Others: Mike Burke, Dale Graves, Doug Nielson, Sam Taber, and Sharon Taber Citizen Participation No citizen participation. Approval of Minutes  A motion to approve the January 12th, 2026, meeting minutes was made by Mike Starck and seconded by Sean Plastine. The motion passed unanimously. Standing and Old Business 1. Airport Manager’s Report • Fuel sales for the last month were 1,342 gallons of Avgas and 205 gallons of Jet A • Having issues with the fuel farm sensor due to the cold weather • T Hanger doors are being heaved due to the frost in the ground • The Toro and the tractors were serviced this winter. Both were oiled and greased, and the Toro had the radiator removed and cleaned • The large tree in the front was removed and hauled away • Working on clearing the trees hanging over the fence row • Repaired the issue of the well pressure switch freezing up • Mike Burke from Petroleum Equipment stopped in to talk about an under-wing fueling hook-up for Jet A. He and Doug will explore the need and feasibility of offering this option. 2. Airport Layout Plan, Master Plan, and Planning Advisory Committee There was no further update on the Airport Layout Plan.
