Discussion included: • Grouping the marketing items together and potentially finding a firm to assist with marketing efforts • Items prioritized at a higher ranking: o Identify Main Street properties for development/revitalization o Potential mixed-use development near square o East Troy to Mukwonago Bike Trail/Multi-Use Path o Walkability of Village is currently being addressed through capital projects. The signage, attractions, and landmarks were associated with a mobile application discussed by Commissioner Biersack • Place the Tri-Troy Library on hold while County Administrator Luberta works on legislative efforts. If it moves forward the CDA may be involved in supporting the efforts, campaigns, etc. • Highway ES Crosswalk and sidewalk to dog park can be placed on the Director of Public Works capital planning • There are some financial and design challenges with outdoor Seating at Main Street restaurants.
