Jacoby, Matt Johnson and Forty Renucci Excused: Others: DPW Director Equitz, Administrator Suhm, Attorney Tim Pruitt (via phone) Closed session Adjourn to closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(e) to conduct other specified public business, whenever, competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session (potential development and property purchase) Motion by President Seager, second by Trustee Alexander to adjourn to closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(e) to conduct other specified public business, whenever, competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session Motion carried unanimously on a roll‐call vote.
