AGENDA EAST TROY VILLAGE BOARD MEETING Packet materials associated with 2015 Energy Drive this meeting can be located at www.easttroywi.gov April 15, 2019 6:30 PM Call Meeting to Order; Pledge of Allegiance Verification of Open Meeting Notice Roll Call Citizen Participation Per Village Resolution 2017-01, anyone wishing to address the Village Board during Citizen Participation will be allowed 5 minutes. Your subject can be anything whether on the agenda or not. The Village Board should not engage in a discussion regarding comments because it was not part of the publicly noticed agenda. Upon conclusion of this Citizen Participation segment, members of the audience are not allowed further comment unless they are participating in a public hearing or if specifically allowed by a majority vote of the Village Board due to involvement in an agenda item. Consider approval of Special Event and Class B Beer License from Knights of Columbus, Keith Witt, Event Chairperson, for Corn & Brat Fest July 26 (4pm – 8 pm), 27 and 28 (10 am – 8 pm), 2019, on the Square with initial set up on Thursday, July 25. Temporary Operators: Keith Witt, Jeremy Hartranft, Mark Smith a. Contingent upon receiving updated Certificate of Insurance. b. Thursday night set-up to be completed by 6:30, prior to ET Community Band performance 4. Consider approval of: a. Special Event Permit & Temporary Class B Retailer’s License to East Troy Area Chamber of Commerce for Corn & Brat Roast, Ted Zess and Vanessa Lenz, Event Chairpersons, May 24 (4 pm to 8 pm), 25 and 26 (11 am – 6:30 pm) and 27 (10 am – 5 pm), 2019 on the Village Square. i. List of vendors to be supplied one week prior to event b. Beer Walk Permit to East Troy Area Chamber of Commerce for Brewfest, Vanessa Lenz, Chamber Director, Event Chairpersons, Sunday, May 26, 2019 (3 – 6 pm, 6-6:30 pm incld. clean-up) on the Village Square to be held concurrently with the Corn & Brat Roast, with single point of samples served for paid participants within the Craft Brewers area. i. List of participants to be supplied one week prior to event ii. Wristbands to be used to identify patrons Note: The Farmers Market will be held on Friday May 25 from 2-6 pm as both events are sponsored by the Chamber and will be coordinated.
