AGENDA EAST TROY VILLAGE BOARD MEETING Packet materials associated with 2015 Energy Drive this meeting can be located at www.easttroywi.gov May 6, 2019 6:30 PM Call Meeting to Order; Pledge of Allegiance Verification of Open Meeting Notice Roll Call Citizen Participation Per Village Resolution 2017-01, anyone wishing to address the Village Board during Citizen Participation will be allowed 5 minutes. Your subject can be anything whether on the agenda or not. The Village Board should not engage in a discussion regarding comments because it was not part of the publicly noticed agenda. Upon conclusion of this Citizen Participation segment, members of the audience are not allowed further comment unless they are participating in a public hearing or if specifically allowed by a majority vote of the Village Board due to involvement in an agenda item. Consider approval of Special Event application for East Troy Co-Ed Softball Tournament, August 10 (9am – 8 pm) and 11 (9 am – 3 pm), 2019 at Mitchell Park, Scott Beaver/Adam Schrieber/Ben Gorres, Event Chairpersons (contingent upon receipt of Certificate of Liability Insurance) a. Temporary Class B Retailer’s License for same dates with Temporary Operator to be Adam M. Schreiber 3. Consider approval of Special Event application for Lady Legends “6th Annual Swing into Summer” Girls Softball Tournament, J.J. Lund, Event Chairman. Softball games May 31 (4pm-10pm), June 1 (7am-10pm) and 2 (7am-8pm), 2019 at the Rossmiller Sports Complex Baseball Fields known as the Mitchell Park Fields (1, 2 & 3), Center Field, field lights and use of Mitchell Field Concession Stand. (contingent upon receipt of Certificate of Insurance) a. Temporary Class “B” Picnic License with Temporary Operators to be: Eric C. Beverage, John J. Lund, Eric E. Evjen, Peter J. Blei 4. Consider approval of Special Event application for East Troy Chamber of Commerce, First Fridays Food Truck Fest, June 7, 2019, 2 pm to 8 pm, Vanessa Lenz, Chamber Director, Event Chairperson (Contingent upon providing list of food vendors one week prior). a. Temporary Class B Beer License for the East Troy Chamber of Commerce First Fridays Food Truck Fest, June 7, 2019, 2 pm to 8 pm, Vanessa Lenz, Chamber Director, Event Chairperson. 5. Consider Approval of amendment of Temporary Class B Beer License Application for the East Troy Chamber of Commerce Brewfest to include Temporary Class B Wine, Vanessa Lenz, Chamber Director, Event Chairpersons, Sunday, May 26, 2019 (3 – 6 pm, 6-6:30 pm incld. clean-up) on the Village Square – Temporary Class B Beer license approved by Village Board on 4/15/2019. 6. Consideration of recommendation from Parks and Recreation Commission to allow East Troy High School – National Business Honor Society to construct a free library near the proposed dog park site on Village property. 2.
