Citizen Participation
Per Village Resolution 2017-01, anyone wishing to address the Village Board during Citizen Participation will be allowed 5 minutes. Your subject
can be anything whether on the agenda or not. The Village Board should not engage in a discussion regarding comments because it was not
part of the publicly noticed agenda.
Upon conclusion of this Citizen Participation segment, members of the audience are not allowed further comment unless they are participating
in a public hearing or if specifically allowed by a majority vote of the Village Board due to involvement in an agenda item.

3. Consider approval of Chamber of Commerce November First Fridays Art & Wine Walk,
November 1, 5 pm to 8 pm, Village Square. Contingencies:
i. list of food vendors to be provided 1 week prior to event

b. Consider approval of Temporary Class B Beer License for Chamber of Commerce
October First Fridays Art & Wine Walk, November 1, 5 pm to 8 pm, Village
Square for seven locations. Contingencies:
i. Temporary Operator Applications
4. Consider approval of renewal of 2-Year Natural Lawn Permit to Joe & Lura Asby, 1849 East
Drive. (neighbors within 300’ have been notified, no objections received) for 2019-2021
