AGENDA EAST TROY VILLAGE BOARD MEETING 2015 Energy Drive October 21, 2019 6:30 PM Call Meeting to Order; Pledge of Allegiance Verification of Open Meeting Notice Roll Call Citizen Participation Per Village Resolution 2017-01, anyone wishing to address the Village Board during Citizen Participation will be allowed 5 minutes. Your subject can be anything whether on the agenda or not. The Village Board should not engage in a discussion regarding comments because it was not part of the publicly noticed agenda. Upon conclusion of this Citizen Participation segment, members of the audience are not allowed further comment unless they are participating in a public hearing or if specifically allowed by a majority vote of the Village Board due to involvement in an agenda item. Consider approval of Liquor License Premises Extension for LD’s BBQ for 1 day, November 2, 2019 for a Halloween Party (counter service will be outside building, requesting open intoxicants allowed outside in designated area). 4. Consideration of recommendation from Plan Commission to approve a one-lot certified survey map (CSM) merging two adjoining parcels (RA142000002 and RA142000003) located at 2535 Energy Drive; Frank and Linda Price, applicant 2. Consideration of recommendation from Plan Commission to approve a two-lot certified survey map (CSM) for the property located at 2040 Beulah Avenue; East Troy Community School district, applicant (Kathy Zwirgzdas, agent) 3. Consideration of Well 5 project update and change order 1 for Well 5 rehabilitation project 4. Consider approval of Chamber of Commerce Trick-or-Treat on the Square/Pumpkin Walk, Wednesday, October 31, 5 pm to 8 pm, Village Square. The applicant is requesting the $150.00 late submittal charge be waived (see email included) 5. Consideration of Intermunicipal Agreement with the Town of East Troy for the Police Radio Communication System (covering cost sharing in upgrades, future maintenance, repairs, and inspection costs) 6.
