Citizen Participation
Per Village Resolution 2017-01, anyone wishing to address the Village Board during Citizen Participation will be allowed 5 minutes. Your subject
can be anything whether on the agenda or not. The Village Board should not engage in a discussion regarding comments because it was not
part of the publicly noticed agenda.
Upon conclusion of this Citizen Participation segment, members of the audience are not allowed further comment unless they are participating
in a public hearing or if specifically allowed by a majority vote of the Village Board due to involvement in an agenda item.

1. Approval of Minutes - 9/21/20
2. Consideration of approving third amendment to contract with John’s Disposal for
Collection of Solid Waste and Recyclables and setting the Garbage and Recycling Special
Charge for 2020 Tax Bills at $176.28
3. Appointment of Ruben Burgos, Jr. as Village Resident Member to the Airport Advisory
Committee and Andy Seiden to the Park and Recreation Board. (no packet materials)
Miscellaneous Business
1. Financial Management Planning Workshop #3
2. Consideration of approving Change Oder 1 on Clayton and Bellview Avenues
reconstruction project and authorizing surplus funds to cover budget overages
3. Consideration/update of budgeted amount for multiuse trail along Highway 120 project
in 2021 and direction regarding scope of project
4. Consideration of curb and gutter option proposed by Walworth County for 2021 Highway
ES project (impacts portion east of Byrnes Street)
5. Consideration of ending suspension of late fees for delinquent utility bills

village property, purchase of foreclosed property, agreement to sell property, and developer’s
agreement) and 19.85(c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance
evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or
exercises responsibility (Considerations related to 2021 budget and department heads)
