Softball games June 3-6, 2022, (June 3 - 4pm-10 pm; June 5 & 6, 7 am-10 pm) at Mitchell Park Fields (1, 2 & 3) and Center Field, field lights and use of Mitchell Field Concession Stand. a. Temporary Class “B” Picnic License with one Temporary Operators to be Peter Blei, Eric Evjen, John Lund Jr. 3. Consider approval of Sidewalk Dining Application from 2894 on Main, 2894 Main St. 4. Consideration of Sidewalk Dining Permit for East Troy House, 2093 Division St. 5. Consider approval of Sidewalk Dining Application from Sauced, 2886 Main St. 6. Consider approval of Termination of Conditional Use for 2728 Buell Drive 7. Consider approval of hangar lease assignment for Hangar B-6, Rhonda Brihn 8. Consider replacement of air-conditioning unit at Municipal Building 9. Consider recommendation from Plan Commission to approve a certified survey map to merge two adjoining parcels on east side of Edwards Street (RCRA 00006, RCRA 00007); Home Path Financial Limited Partnership (Chris Hitch, agent) (application 2022-14) 10. Consideration of appointments recommended by President Seager (per attached list) 11. Consider approval of, contingent upon receipt of fees:  a. Special Event Permit & Temporary Class B Retailer’s License to East Troy Area Chamber of Commerce for Corn & Brat Roast, Vanessa Lenz, Event Chairperson, May 27 (5 pm-8 pm), 28 (11:30 am-8 pm), 29 (11:30 am-7 pm) and 30 (11 am–2 pm), 2022 on the Village Square. b. Special Event Permit & Temporary Beer License to East Troy Area Chamber of Commerce for Brewfest, Vanessa Lenz, Chamber Director, Event Chairperson, Sunday, May 29, 2022 (3 – 6 pm) on the Village Square to be held concurrently with the Corn & Brat Roast, samples served for paid participants (ID required) within the Craft Brewers area. i. List of participants to be supplied one week prior to event ii. wristbands to be used to identify patrons 12. Consider approval of Liquor License Premises Extension for LD’s BBQ for 12 days (June 7, 14, 21, 28 and 7/5, 12, 19, 26 and 8/2, 9, 16, 23) for Bike Night Events (counter service will continue to be inside building, requesting open intoxicants allowed outside in designated area). 13. Consider Granting Special Event Permit to East Troy Area Chamber of Commerce for the East Troy Farmers Market, Vanessa Lenz, Chamber Director, Event Chairperson, on the Village Square, Fridays, June 3, July 1, August 5 and September 2 from 4-7 pm: a. With the understanding that other organizations may also be allowed to use the Square for events as applied for during these months b. With the understanding that if the DPW incurs extra labor costs for cleaning the bathrooms the Maintenance Deposit ($50 for all dates) will not be refunded. 14. Consider approval of Special Event Permit & Temporary Class B Retailer’s License to East Troy Area Chamber of Commerce for First Fridays, Vanessa Lenz, Event Chairperson: a. May 6, 2022, So Happy Together – requesting Late Fee be waived b. June 2, 2022, Food Truck Fest c. August 5, 2022, Arts & Music Fest d. September 2, 2022, Family Fun Night 15. Consideration of Sidewalk Dining Permit for East Troy Brewery, 2905 Main St. contingent upon receipt of Certificate of Insurance Miscellaneous Business 1. Presentation of 2021 Audit Report by Johnson Block a. Required Board communication b. Draft Financial Report 2. Consideration of Walworth County Radio System Project and potential location of antenna and equipment on Village property 3. Dam Project Update 4. Direction to staff for 2023-2026 BIL Funding (no packet materials) 5. Update on status of infrastructure and costs for TID 4 6.
