6. Miscellaneous Business:
a. Tri-Troy Joint Library Discussions.
i. Library Agreement – Determination of method of municipal fiscal obligation via Population
or Equalized Value.
ii. Ehlers and Asso. Report on possible assistance with Levy Limit and Municipal
expenditure restraint. (per Administrator Suhm’s suggestion this item was discussed first.)
1. Brian Roemer delivered Ehlers & Asso. Inc. report to Joint Board.
b. East Troy Emergency Services – Regarding of Joint Services Agreement
i. Supervisor Barbara Church spoke to the board about the and recent changes to the East
Troy Emergency Services District, challenges to facing the district and potential
necessary revisions of the East Troy Emergency Services District and the Joint Services
Agreement.

a. Next Joint Meeting date: November 17th, 2022, 6:00pm

a. Motion: (Kendall / Johnson) to adjourn – 14 ayes, motion carried.
