Thursday night set-up to be completed by 6:30, prior to ET Community Band performance Miscellaneous Business 1. Consideration of Granting: a. Special Event Permit to East Troy Chamber of Commerce for the East Troy Cycling Classic on the Village Square on Friday, June 16, 2023 b. Permit for Bike Race on surrounding streets Friday, June 16, 2023, Vanessa Lenz, Event Chairperson (road closures from 9:00 am to 8:15 pm, race events 11:10 am to 8:15 pm), set- up begins at 8:30 am c. Application for Temporary Class B Liquor License for Friday, June 16, 2023 d. All permits contingent upon:  i. Approval of street closures from Walworth County ii. Receipt of fees iii. Receipt of Certificate of Insurance iv. Receipt of vendor list at least one week prior to event 2. Discussion and direction on replacement Police squad (no packet materials) 3.
