Citizen Participation
Per Village Resolution 2017-01, anyone wishing to address the Village Board during Citizen Participation will be allowed 5 minutes. Your subject
must specifically relate to matters under the jurisdiction of the Village Board, whether on the agenda or not. The Village Board should not
engage in a discussion regarding comments because it was not part of the publicly noticed agenda. Upon conclusion of this Citizen Participation
segment, members of the audience are not allowed further comment unless they are participating in a public hearing or if specifically allowed
by a majority vote of the Village Board due to involvement in an agenda item.

2. Consider approval of “Class B” Combination Reserve License for LD’s BBQ LLC. Premises

4. Consider recommendation from Plan Commission to approve a one-lot certified survey

5. Consider approval of Special Event Permit and Temporary Class B License for 12th Annual

for Chamber First Fridays events, 5-8 pm, on May 2 and June 6, 2025, contingent upon

3. Resolution 2025-04 – Authorizing State Stewardship Grant Application for Design and
Construction of Restrooms in Playmore Park
4. Resolution 2025-05 – Appointing Trustee Scott Seager as Acting Village President
5. Resolution 2025-06 – Approving the sale of approximately 11.2 acres of Village-owned
land and authorizing execution of all documents to effectuate the transaction (parcel
#RA512200002)

Closed Session
The Village Board may take up a motion to go into CLOSED SESSION, pursuant to s.
19.85(1)(e),Wis. Stat., Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the
investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive
or bargaining reasons require a closed session, specifically: to discuss (1) a development
agreement with BLD East Troy I, LLC for a development within Tax Incremental District #4; and
(2) a development agreement amendment with Lofts of Honey Creek, LLC for a development
within Tax Incremental District #4.
