Your subject must specifically relate to matters under the jurisdiction of the Village Board, whether on the agenda or not. The Village Board should not engage in a discussion regarding comments because it was not part of the publicly noticed agenda. Consider memorandum of understanding with Walworth County Sheriff’s Office for storm siren upgrades 3. Consider development agreement with BLD East Troy I, LLC for development of parcel RA512200002 located on South Executive Drive within TID #4 4. Consider second amendment to development agreement Lofts of Honey Creek, LLC for parcels RA491500001 (2761-2773 Honey Creek Road) and RA491500002 located within TID #4 5. Consider approval of Special Event Permit and Temporary Class B License (3 Operators) for Chamber First Fridays events, 5-8 pm, on May 2 and June 6, 2025, contingent upon receipt of proof of insurance and payment of fees. 6.
