Call Meeting to Order; Pledge of Allegiance
Clerk Smith verified the meeting was posted according to law.
Roll Call:
President Johnson called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Present: President Johnson, Trustees Brian Harding, Jim Holm, Dan Moody, Mary Nugent,
Scott Seager, and Joe Wisniewski
Excused: Trustee Harding
Others: Chief Swendrowski, Administrator Suhm, Clerk Smith
Miscellaneous Business
1. Discussion/consideration of East Troy High School Fireworks Permit Application for
Homecoming Celebration on Fri., Oct. 3.
Motion by Trustee Nugent, second by Trustee Holm, to approve the fireworks permit
application. Motion carried.
2. Consideration of request for waiver of the Special Village Board Meeting fee of $200.00,
this will be a one-time only waiver; all future permit applications must follow the 45-day
advance notice to be considered during a regular meeting of the Village Board.
Motion by Trustee Seager, second by Trustee Moody, to waive the special village board
meeting fee this one time only. Motion carried.
Adjourn
Motion by President Johnson, second by Trustee Holm, to adjourn. Motion carried at 6:04 pm.
