Per Village Resolution 2017-01, anyone wishing to address the Village Board during Citizen Participation will be allowed 5 minutes. Your subject
must specifically relate to matters under the jurisdiction of the Village Board, whether on the agenda or not. The Village Board should not
engage in a discussion regarding comments because it was not part of the publicly noticed agenda. Upon conclusion of this Citizen Participation
segment, members of the audience are not allowed further comment unless they are participating in a public hearing or if specifically allowed
by a majority vote of the Village Board due to involvement in an agenda item.

4. Consider offer Amendment to offer to purchase from Briohn Land Development, LLC
5. Consider Amendment to Offer to Purchase with MLG Investments LLC
6. Consider Listing Contract with Anderson Commercial Group for parcels under contract
within TID 4, north of Honey Creek Road (contingent upon final TID 4 amendment

Preliminary Closed Session Discussion
Preliminary discussion as to the need to go into closed session related to letters of intent
received for a TID 4 and TID 5 properties, a development proposal within TID 4, a development
proposal in a potential future TID , collective bargaining with East Troy Professional Police
Assocation, and provide direction to staff on negotiation strategies and bargaining position
Closed session
Motion to go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85 (1)(e) to discuss Village’s
bargaining postures and negotiations strategies with respect to preliminary contacts as to
possible future TID 4 and TID 5 developments; preliminary discussions related to proposed
development for a future TID; and collective bargaining with East Troy Professional Police
Association
