Stat. 19.85(1)(e), to discuss Village negotiation posture with respect to current Offer to Purchase with Briohn Land Development for parcel RXUP 00256 and proposed Reinstatement/Amendment of expired secondary offer with Lifetime Manufacturing, LLC. and for bargaining reasons to consider the proposed agreement with the Village of East Troy Professional Police Association and; under Wis Stat 19.85(1)(c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation of a public employee in the administration department over which the governmental body exercises responsibility.
