Approval of minutes of January meeting. 2. Old Business a. Discussion on changing the language of Civil Service Rule 3.01 The current language states the date of our regular meetings is the third Tuesday of the month. b. Discussion on changing the language of Civil Service Rule 4.01 the current language states the Mayor shall appoint the Secretary and Chief Examiner. c. Discussion on Civil Service Rules 3.19 regarding reports of efficiency/annual performance evaluations. 3. New Business a. Ray Coble adds the following items: i.We have started background checks on the top two from the Entry Level List. ii.Bill Brender resigned from EWPD, and we need to fill that vacancy. iii.Darin Darnell’s last day is 02/14/2020, and we will need to fill that vacancy.
