Absent: Jennifer Lesperance Meeting held on Zoom. Motion to open A motion to open the meeting at 9:31 AM was made by AP and seconded by MH. All in favor – 2, Opposed – 0. Public Speak Time: None • Vote on Order suspending operations of hair salons, nail salons, barber shops, esthetics, massage therapy, and body art establishments effective Monday, March 23, 2020, through Sunday April 5, 2020: BE discussed with the Board the need for the Order. A motion was made by MH and seconded by AP to approve the COVID-19 (Coronavirus): Order of the Board of Health Requirement Of Hair Salons, Esthetic (Skin Care) Salons, Spas, Nail Salons, Barber Shops, and Body Art Establishments effective Monday, March 23, 2020 through Sunday, April 5, 2020. All in favor: 2, opposed: 0. A motion was made by AP to adjourn the meeting; seconded by MH. All in favor: 2, opposed: 0. Meeting adjourned at 9:43 AM.
