Director’s Report • Greg said the building will be able to update to LED lighting as part of building improvements • Utilities Supervisor position should be filled soon • The Highway Dept has been shimming on Ferry Street for the streets that enter/exit to and from Ferry Street. • MVP Grant Funding has been approved for Cherry Street $60,000.00. • Water Dept. has been doing Copper and Lead testing • Williston would like to put in a speed Plat Form on Park Street in front of their sport facility. They will come in front of the Board of Public Works to present the plans. • Board member David Fagnand asked questions about the temporary Bike lane on Williston Ave. It was asked where the idea came from? It came from the Planning Dept.. Will the BPW need to be included the decision of the bike lane? Greg will discuss this question with the Mayor and Planning. Greg will come to the next meeting with more information on the Bike lane and what other issues the Board should be included on.
