Director’s Report 1. Main Street- Paving should happen around November 18th and 19th. Repaired more sidewalks than expected. But is moving along nicely 2. Waiting for MassDOT approval for crosswalk at Main Street and South Street 3. Mountain Road- Closed November 3rd & 4th for cleaning back of brush, drainage and trash. 4. Thank you to Nancy Nickerson for volunteering to clean up litter on Mountain Road. 5. Sewer/Water working with Fuss & O’Neil on New City clean up. Also waiting for word on CBG Funding for this area. 6. Retained earnings $2.49 million. 7. Cherry Street project- Waiting to hear on CBG funding and MVP for sewer and water repairs. 8. Southampton paid $43,000.00 for water usage for half the year. Motion to adjourn the meeting at __5:14_ p.m. by: Thomas Malsbury.
