Continued discussion of Water/Sewer rates with Tighe & Bond • Present for Tighe & Bond, Tracy Adamski, Tiffany Labrie, and Mike Schrader • Ideas for IWRMP (integrated water resources management plan) and rates for fiscal year 24/25 • The board would like to look at different models of rate structure, a more modern method possibly • Look at what the last 2 years of data and go through the capital plan. • Address needs for Sewer, Water and WWTP improvements • Need to come up with an acceptable way to pay for Storm Water. • Look into other communities on how they handle Storm Water and how the cost is covered. • Workshops to help educate the public on how storm water works. • What the city has to do to stay compliant with the MS4 (Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System ) 5. Director’s Report 1. Main Street- warner Brothers will be wrapping up this week. Temporary lines are down until spring. Some driveway curtains will be finished in the spring along with a few more sidewalk panels. 6 trees still need to be removed. 2. DPW is ready for snow season 3. New city smoke test went good found a couple areas that need some attention, but no real issues right now. 4. VHB looking at options for the wall on ferry street 5. VHB coming to look at Holyoke St and Mountain Rd for milling, paving and crosswalk improvements. Motion to adjourn the meeting at __5:45_ p.m. by: Thomas Malsbury.
