Union Street Plan  Bids open soon. $3.8 Million coming from MASS DOT  Start date May/June  Parking spots will be reduced to 29 parking spaces on Union St.  sewer and water will be done first  street will should be open for some traffic  road will be serviceable in the winter months 5. Review of Tighe & Bond Proposal for Water Sewer and Stormwater Rate Evaluation update assistance.  Had a Kick off meeting with DPW depts., finance and engineers  WRIMP will be looked at  Management plan for each facility. Capital Plan  Different models will be looked to find the best fit for the city. 6. Director’s Report  Snow storm was about 8’ no real issues  Scada having issues, but they are up and running right now.  WWTP – needs to be in compliance for new regulations. Woodard & Curran are going to help  Tree Warden- Sarah and Lilly are working on Sample of tree in the city on April 2,2022 this will help get a management program in place  New street signs on Main Street  Street lights- deflectors shields are coming and top of pole lights are coming. Thomas question Dark Sky Cert.  Cherry St will go out to bid in April.  CBG grant awarded $800,000.00 Motion to adjourn the meeting at __5:42_ p.m. by: Thomas Malsbury.
