Councilor Rothschild called the meeting to order at 6:30pm.
Members Present:
Councilor Lindsey Rothschild, Councilor Erica Flood, Councilor James P. (JP) Kwiecinski
Also in Attendance:
Councilor Dan Rist, Emily Russo (Personnel Director), Gwynne Morrissey, Barbara LaBombard
Approval of Minutes:
No minutes to approve

New Business:
o Organization of Committee : Motion (Councilor Kwiecinski) to nominate Councilor Rothschild for chair of
Ad Hoc Committee. Second (Councilor Flood). Unanimously approved. Motion (Councilor Rothschild) to nominate
Councilor Flood to be Clerk of Ad hoc Committee. Discussion. Motion withdrawn. Motion (Councilor Rothschild) to
nominate Councilor Kwiecinski to be Clerk of Ad hoc Committee. Second (Councilor Flood). Unanimously approved.
o Discussion of process and timeframe
o Motion (Councilor Rist) to move to Executive Session. Second (Councilor Kwiecinski). Unanimous approval.
Committee moves to executive session at 6:37 pm.
