Meeting called to order at 5:00pm. The meeting was videotaped. Minutes from 01/13/2021 were
approved. motion by councilor Rist and seconded by councilor Gomez, voted was 2-0
Councilor Conniff abstained.
Mayor Communication: Mayor requested to be recused from discussion regarding Licensing
Clerk. Also requested that the discussion of financial reports be moved earlier in the meeting.
Mayor wanted to clarify the issue in November report regarding reduced receipts from building
inspection. The gap in the receipts is in 6 figures and the Mayor will be working with the
department to assess why there is such a large gap.
5:10 PM Meeting was abruptly ended due to a Zoom bombing event.
