Councilor Rothschild called the meeting to order at 5:32 pm.

Ad-Hoc Auditory Selection Committee
Roll call Vote for 2 motions in tandem: Rothschild for Chair (Councilor Conniff Motion, Councilor Flood Second),
Flood for Clerk (Councilor Flood volunteered, Councilor Rothschild Second) Unanimous Yes votes to both Motions
Discussion of Process and Dates to get items on agenda for city council
April 1st for 7th
April 15 for 21st
Peg Conniff Motion to move to Executive Session, (Councilor Kwiecinski Second).
Unanimous Votes for approval.
Committee moves to Executive Session at 5:45pm
