The meeting was recorded and participants were gathered virtually per the Executive order of Governor Baker on 3/12/2020 Minutes from 03/04/2021 approved. 2-0 (Peg Conniff was absent) At 6:25pm, Peg Conniff joined the meeting. 1. CONTINUING BUSINESS A. PILOT Program: Not discussed B. Committee E-mails: Karin Camihort (IT Director) was in attendance and explained how the email system could work for entire committees. Important that the email of a member of a committee not be viewable to the public. Karin will be moving the City to Google email system for greater flexibility. The cost for emails should also be reduced by moving to Google email. Committee will vote on this item at their next meeting. C. Anti-Bias Training: Not Discussed D. Amendment to City Council Rule 5C: Any such measure must be introduced ver- bally by way of a motion to refer to committee and shall include a synopsis of the new business to be introduced and no motion to refer to committee shall be accepted without such introduction. No debate may occur on the merits of the item being in- troduced. Motion to accept the above language as an addition to City Council Rule 5C by Councilor Rist, Second by Peg Conniff. Motion approved 3-0  E. Remote Participation Adoption Proposal: Not Discussed 6:39pm - Motion to adjourn by Councilor Conniff, seconded by Councilor Rist. Next Meeting: April 1, 2021 @ 5:00pm
