The meeting was videotaped. minutes from 11/23/20 ,12/9/20 and 12/30/20 was approved. motion by councilor Gomez and seconded by councilor Conniff, voted was 3-0 Councilor Conniff leave the meeting at 5:06 pm Mayor Communication: None New Business Lindsi Mailler is going to send us the licensing clerk job description to discuss it at our next meeting. 1. Supplemental Appropriation 1. $ 1,000,000 from free cash to stabilization accounts $ 600,000 to General stabilization account $ 300,000 to Capital stabilization account $100,000 to tax rate stabilization account Approved 2-0 by this committee. 2. $25,000 from enterprise retained earnings to repairs to the Fire Dep. bay floor - need it to repair the floor at the safety complex, Fire chef Norris talked about the importance of this repair. Approved 2-0 by this committee. 3. $50,000 –from enterprise retained earnings to replacement water meters. Need it to replace the old meters. Approved 2-0 by this committee.  4. $10,000 – from enterprise retained earnings to purchase of odor control tank for WWTP. To replace the rent one, buying it we are expecting savings. Approved 2-0 by this committee 5. $20,000 from enterprise retained earnings to replace doors at Daley Field pump station and WWTP headworks. this is to replace the 1970s doors.
