The meeting was held remotely due to the COVID-19 pan- demic and was videotaped. Minutes from 02/21/2021 were approved 3-0 Mayor Communication: None Public Speak: None New Business 1. Supplemental Appropriations A. $15,000 CPA Archival Historic Records: To hire contractor to implement recom- mendations based on the initial phase 1 survey; inventory, index, and re-box archival items; separate out records that can be destroyed; and create a database of the archival records to be saved. Prior monies approved by council ($50K) are all part of the same project. This $15K will be for work being done at Old Town Hall and thus it is coming from the CPA under Historical Preservation. Balance in CPA is $1,104,382.05, amount in Historical Preservation account: $124,888.  Motion to approve this supplemental appropriation for $15,000 for the City Clerk to con- tinue the project to archive old city records made by Councilor Gomez, second by Coun- cilor Conniff. Approved 3-0 B. $61,450 Various Fire Department Expenses: These expenses were unaccounted for in the 2021 budget. Motion to approve this supplemental appropriation for $61,450 for Fire Department by Coun- cilor Gomez, seconded by Councilor Conniff. Approved 3-0. 2. Review of monthly fiscal reports from City Auditor - Treasurer Jen Gallant will get this committee any financial reports we need in lieu of reaching out to “acting auditor”, as that de- partment is working to fill the vacancy in the Auditor position 5:15 pm - Motion to adjourn by Councilor Conniff, Second Councilor Gomez 3-0 NEXT MEETING: TBD
