Motion made by Councilor Rist and seconded by Councilor Peake. Motion passed 2-0. b) $704.81 for an FY ’22 Old Bill – Verizon payment: This includes schools. There was some discussion of late fees, but municipalities do are exempt from late fees. Motion made by Councilor Rist and seconded by Councilor Peake. Motion passed 2-0. c) $7,500.00 to upgrade the phone system in the Public Safety Complex: Current system is out of compliance, and has been for years, with state law, does not give dispatch the location of the call. This purchase contains both hardware and software. IT Director Camihort stated that this can be fixed within a few months. Motion made by Councilor Rist and seconded by Councilor Peake. Motion passed 2-0 5) Old Business 6) Continuing Business a) Quarterly fiscal reports from the City Auditor: This was not discussed tonight. b) Quarterly Report on Covid-19 grant funding and spending: This was not discussed tonight.
