Meeting called to order by Councilor Peake at 5:30 pm
1. Public Speak Time: None
2. Approval of the MONTH(s) meeting notes: A motion was made by Councilor Tirrell, Councilor
Denham seconded. Vote 3-0 approved that the minutes from December 30th
3. Continuing Business:
A motion was made by Councilor Denham, Councilor Tirrell Seconded. Vote: 3-0 APPROVED
that the Interdepartmental Transfer of $1,344.00 for the Highway department for an old bill
be sent to council for explanation.
4. Other: None
Next regular meeting: January 30th at 5:30pm.
Councilor Tirrell made motion to adjourn, Councilor Denham seconded. Vote: 3-0.
Meeting adjourned at 5:40 pm.
