Meeting called to order
There was no public speak
Minutes from 2/11/2020 were approved 3-0
The proposed new cannabis setbacks in highway business were reviewed and will
be discussed at a future meeting. The committee agreed to ask councilor
Kwiecinski to provide preliminary material for discussion. Councilor Zaret
requested that any available objective data around odor management via setbacks
be provided to the committee. These can be discussed on 3/24 at 18:00
Councilor Zaret requested the the single use plastics ordinance be reviewed at the
next meeting. He said it would be nice symbolism if the ordinance could have a
public hearing around earth day.
Chair Derby reiterated that the engine brake discussion will wait for discussion
while enforcement and discussions with trucking companies takes place.
Chair Derby asked for a final review for the open container ordinance by the chief
and that we could set a public hearing in April
Meeting was adjourned (motion Zaret, second Peake, 3-0 in favor)
