Public Speak
Ellen Freeman representing Apical had questions about the proposed dispensary at Cernak car
dealership. How much would they be able to add on? Do size limitations represent a footprint
or total size? Is the 5 acre parcel restriction applicable
Chair Derby suggested a 25k cap and possibly up to 25k of new space
Planner Bagg said the intent was to regulate the footprint of the building, not the vertical or
overall use.
Cannabis in the highway business district

Jeff Cernak: Did not know about this meeting and did not see it posted. Wondered if a permit
granted to Apical would make this discussion moot
Committee deliberated setbacks from residential properties. Agreed to develop a list of
potential amendments.
Also discussed business to business buffers.
Discussed existing buildings, and expanding cultivation beyond the current footprint
Consider a total of 25 thousand square feet for cultivation footprint.
A note was made about discussing proposed change in operating hours
Planner Bagg mentioned delivery, and how that could be introduced to the agenda
