Cannabis delivery ordinance
Measure introduced by councilor Zaret
Shaleen Title, former CCC commissioner offered perspective and insights, as well as clarifying
regulations and language. This included the additional courier category
Recommended precertification as requirement for delivery and courier permits
Ezra Parzybok and Michael Perrier both gave feeback about the proposed vehicle requirements
The committee agreed to increase the number of required hybrid vehicles to 6
Based on input will discuss at next meeting with definitions for courier licenses and
consideration for input from Shaleen Title.
