Members present: Councilor Derby, Councilor Riley, Councilor Peake

Meeting called to order by Councilor Derby at 5:30 pm
1. Public Speak Time:
No members of the public chose to use public speak time.
2. Approval of meeting notes:
Committee minutes from prior meetings will be approved when received from former Councilor
Rothschild.
3. New Business:
A motion was made by Councilor Peake to nominate Councilor Riley to be the Ordinance Committee
Clerk and Councilor Derby Seconded. Vote: 3-0 Approved.
Councilors Derby and Peake did a general rundown of the Committee’s work this term to catch
Councilor Riley up on the status of all business before the Committee.
4. Other:
Next regular meeting: August 4th at 6:00 pm.
Councilor Peake made a motion to adjourn, and Councilor Riley seconded. Vote:3-0. Adjourned.
Meeting adjourned at 5:54 pm.
