Councilor Zaret called the meeting to order at 6:01 pm
Members Present:
Councilors: Owen Zaret, Erica Flood, James P. Kwiecinski
Also in Attendance:
Homar Gomez (City Councilor Precinct 2)
Approval of Minutes:
August 23, 2021 Motion (Flood) Second (Kwiecinski). Voted 3-0, minutes accepted.
Public Speak Time: No comments from the public.
New Business:
New Business:
- Easement request for utility conduits to service a cellular and communications
tower on city owned property at 32 Payson Avenue.
Discussion about location of easement. Input is requested from Chief of Police and Fire Chief, also City Engineer.
Motion to recommend approval of Easement request for utility conduits to service a cellular and communications
tower on city owned property at 32 Payson Avenue, pending any adverse information from above entities. Motion
(Kwiecinski) Second (Flood) Vote 3-0.
Motion to Adjourn (Flood ) Second (Kwiecinski) 3-0 Vote.
Meeting adjourns at 6:14pm
