The meeting was videotaped. 1. Approval for past minutes. Minutes from 2/27/2020 approved. 3-0 2. Discussion around proposed City Council Rule 11L - filing of committee minutes. The City Clerk preferred to only received “approved” minutes. She always prefers to get them sooner rather than later. REVISED WORDING FOR RULE 11L: 11L - Final and Approved minutes of all committee meetings shall be sent to the city clerk for public availability within 3 meetings from the date of the meeting for which the minutes are doc- umented. 3. Discussion on the request from the Mayor to change the name under Administrative Code 10- 1 of ECA + and Easthampton City Arts Plus. The new name will be Easthampton City Arts (ECA) and will have 9 members. 3.1.There was some discussion around reducing the membership from 19 to 9 if that would mean some current members would have to step down. The mayor reported that the existing committee doesn’t have 9 members today so there would be no loss of vol- unteers.  3.2.This was approved 3-0 5:30 pm - Meeting was adjourned Next Meeting: TBD
