Meeting called to order at 5:05 pm. The meeting was recorded.

1. CONTINUING BUSINESS
A. PILOT Program: Not discussed
B. Committee E-mails: Not Discussed
C. Anti-Bias Training: Not Discussed
D. Amendment to City Council Rule 5C: Any such measure must be introduced ver-
bally by way of a motion to refer to committee and shall include a synopsis of the
new business to be introduced and no motion to refer to committee shall be accepted
without such introduction. No debate may occur on the merits of the measure being
introduced. Debate may only occur WRT the committee the new item is being re-
ferred.
Motion to accept the new language of City Council Rule 5C by Dan Rist. Seconded by Peg
Conniff. Motion passed 2-0.
E. Remote Participation Adoption Proposal: Not Discussed
5:20pm - Motion to adjourn by Councilor Rist, seconded by Councilor Conniff.
