OLD BUSINESS
1. Motion to authorize the Secretary to advertise for a Borough Manager
using the list provided by PA DCED.

NEW BUSINESS
1. Motion to approve two agreements with Ehrlich for vegetation
management services for a total of $1,238.00.
2. Motion to accept termination of agreement effective May 31, 2022
with Resource Development & Management, Inc. for borough
secretary services.
3. Motion to approve the purchase of an outdoor movie projector, sound
system, and DVD player with warranties at a cost not to exceed
$1,500.
4. Motion to approve payment to Traffic Systems and Services of
$17,502.76 with $12,502.76 paid from an insurance claim.
5. Motion to adopt Ordinance 2022-02 creating the office of Borough
Manager, as advertised March 24, 2022 in the Mon Valley
Independent.
6. Motion to authorize the Borough Secretary to submit a Single
Application to the PA DCED for Borough Manager and Codification
services.
7. Motion to approve Resolution No. 2022-03 authorizing the disposition
of specific records.
8. Motion to approve Resolution No. 2022-04 supporting applications for
a change in liquor licenses to provide for serving alcoholic beverages
in outdoor settings.
9. Motion to approve transfer of $400 from the General Fund to the
American Rescue Plan Fund for IT services.
10. Motion to approve the engagement of Mark Turnley to perform the
2021 audit at a fee of $5,500.
11. Motion to approve the Special Event Application of the EADC for
Plum Street markets on 5/14, 6/11, 7/9, 8/13, 9/10, and 10/8.
12. Motion to approve the Special Event application from Erica Morris to
close Walnut Street between 7th & 8th streets on 6/26/22 for a
graduation party.
13. Motion to authorize the Borough Secretary to advertise an ordinance
to place two stop signs at 4th & Walker.
14. Motion to authorize the Borough Secretary to advertise an ordinance
to advertise a mechanical device ordinance.
15. Motion to enter into an agreement with Keystone Municipal
Collections for the collection of delinquent per capita tax.
16. Motion to host the Memorial Day parade and ceremony with
assistance from the VFW.

17. Motion to demolish the property at 124 Clay Ave., Lot & Block 1132-
E-042, owned by Deshaun Mutchison.
18. Motion to execute the release agreement of specific items mentioned
in the agreement for case number AR-21-002348.
19. Motion to terminate the agreement with Sam Vargo Animal Control
effective May 27, 2022.
20. Motion to enter into a mutual aid agreement with Elizabeth Township.
21. Motion to accept the resignation of Andrew Amendola with the police
department effective May 4, 2022.
