Motion to approve the agreement between the Army Corp of Engineers and Elizabeth Borough for the relocation of Riverfront Park. 2. Motion to approve 2023 Re-Occurring Expenses list included in packet. 3. Motion to pay invoice for membership dues for $3,000 to Steel Rivers Council of Government for the period of 1/1/2024– 12/31/2024. 4. Motion to pay invoice to Steel Rivers council of Governments for 2022 Calendar Year Sale Tax Revenues. The amount due is $2,087.73 and is based on 25% of the total increase between 2021 and 2022. 5. Motion to grant Glenn Engineering permission to advertise for bids for 2020-GEDTF-147 Grant (Moving Elizabeth Forward 2  Grant) and the 19-GEDF-025 (Elizabeth Borough Central Business District Streetscape Improvement Initiative) 6. Motion to accept the low quote of $1,500.00 from Allegheny Global Environmental to provide asbestos surveys for demolition properties located at 164 Center Street and 225 McKeesport Road.
