Motion to approve the Special Event Application for the Memorial Day Parade. 4. Motion to pay Cargill Invoices from the Liquid Fuels account in the amount of $3968.55 and $3838.00. 5. Motion to Apply for FEMA Flood Mitigation Scoping Study Grant in the amount of $75,000 and commit to Borough Portion of $18,750 if approved. 6.
