VISITORS PUBLIC COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion to approve the minutes of the January 2, 2024 Reorganization Meeting and February 27, 2024 Council Meeting. PAYMENT OF BILLS Motion to pay the bills as presented. 1 REPORTS Mayor - Treasurer – Report is in the packet Solicitor - Building Inspector - Chief of Police – Report is in the packet Animal Control - Borough Manager – Report is in the packet Public Works – Report is in the packet Old Business – New Business 1. Motion to approve One Stop Vinyl Shop to do the signage for the Borough Building and Public Works Truck at a cost of $705.00. 2. Motion to approve Lutterman Excavating, LLC. as the low bidder for demolitions for the Blight Remediation Program Grant Contract #C000077623 with a bid of $24,900.00 3. Motion to approve codification project at a cost of $17,995 with $13,500 of those funds coming from the STMP Grant. 4. Motion to approve a variance to West Penn Power to move the telephone pole at North 3rd Avenue located on the property belonging to Kuzma Law Group. 5. Motion to approve the deposit of $14,670.00 into the fire escrow account for the fire on 3rd Avenue. 6. Motion to approve the Special Event Application for the Pooch Parade to be held on April 27, 2024. 7. Approve Rotary Club membership fees for Scott Craighead and one other rotating representative from the borough at a cost of $84.42 quarterly per membership. 2  8. Motion to Hire Christine Pudleiner as a part-time clerk at a rate of $19.00 per hour. 9.
