Review and consideration and possible action to accept a petition for annexation of property to the City, filed and processed as Annexation No. 1-24 by the City of Elko, consisting of approximately 44.72 acres of property located approximately 1,170 feet south of the intersection of Errecart Boulevard and Bullion Road, referred to as APN 006-09U-001, and matters related thereto. FOR POSSIBLE ACTION The property, located in Elko County, was recently acquired by the City of Elko with a land exchange for the extension of the Errecart Boulevard right-of-way. CL VII. REPORTS A.
