Review and approval of the Elko City Election held on November 8, 2022, and its results, including the adoption of Resolution No. 29-22, and matters related thereto. FOR POSSIBLE ACTION After the November 8, 202 General City Election the election returns were filed with the City Clerk thereafter, pursuant to NRS 293C.387 (2) and NRS 293, a scheduled City Council meeting, the City Clerk will present the returns from all the precincts and districts in the City to the City Council, the governing body of the City, and the City Council must meet with the Mayor to canvass the returns to the election on or before the 10th day following an affected election After the canvass is completed, the governing body of the City and Mayor shall declare the result of the canvass.
