Absent: Arleigh Hegarty Also in attendance: Mark Stabolepszy, Engineer Municipal Authority Members present: Joe Boldaz, Engineer; Rick Shaw, Chairman; Charlotte Gehman, Administrative Assistant Prior to its regular Elverson Borough Council meeting at 7:00pm on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, Elverson Borough Council held a public hearing. Bob Broderick, President; Borough Council turned the public hearing over to Joe Boldaz, MABE’s Engineer. The purpose of the public hearing was for a proposed grant application through the Chester County Department of Community Development for the Municipal Authority of the Borough of Elverson (MABE) to close two (2) lagoons in accordance with DEP’s requirements. Motion made by Merle Stoltzfus and seconded by Shirley Crehan to approve the MABE to apply for the CRP Grant to close the two (2) lagoons. Motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENTS: ADJOURNMENT: Motion made by Tim McEwen and seconded by Shirley Crehan to adjourn the meeting.
