MABE Workshop Meeting Minutes January 23, 2014 In Attendance: Absent: Others in Attendance: Rick Shaw Mike Popow Dave Friedman Darrell Gibble Floyd Jennelle Doug Mountz Charlotte Gehman Meeting called to order at 7:04 Board met for the purpose of discussion regarding issues with the Equalization Tank. After an update by the engineer and review of the Reservation of Rights letter from Selective Insurance and the engineering report from Paul Zamrowski Associates, the following action was taken: Motion by Darrell to authorize Joe to proceed with repairs to EQ Tank. Second by Rick. Motion approved. Board will review again at the Tuesday, January 28, 2014 Board Meeting. Rick will contact Stephen to review the plan for future communication with the insurance company. Motion to Adjourn by Rick at 7:39p Second by Darrell. Motion Approved.
