Second by Steve. Motion approved. Meeting called to order at 7:00p Approve Minutes of April 26, 2022, Board Meeting – Motion by Steve to approve the minutes of the April 26, 2022, Board Meeting. Second by Jim. Motion approved. Public Comment None. Correspondence/Communication Motion by Jim to approve DynaTech two-year agreement to service the portable and the Cummins generator. Second by Steve. Motion approved. Operators Report No violations. 99,000 gallons per day. Still running two blowers based on warm weather. Still organizing the spare parts. Pump One has no visible blowby now that Pump two has been repaired and the base elbow has been replaced. Pump run times will still be monitored. Both EQ pumps have been cleaned. The influent flow meter will show a full month after the repair of the influent temperature sensor. Portable generator was exercised for one hour. 2.9 million gallons treated for the month. EEMA will continue to search for an aluminum I-beam with a pully for the treatment building. Engineers Report ARPA Grant Application – Application was completed and submitted on May 16th. Motion by Jim to approve the grant application in the amount of $2.1 million for plant expansion. Second by Steve. Motion approved. PA Small Water and Sewer – Keith is working to modify the bid documents and will work with Charlotte to get them posted. Blue Rock Project – Keith provided documents to Stephen to prepare the Deed of Dedication. Corbett Easement Improvements – Tree plantings have been marked and PA One Call completed. It is suggested that one of the trees be moved so it is not on top of the sewer line, but roots for arbor vitae do not run deep. Easement Plans/Right of Way – on hold until Charlotte identifies any other easements to be included. 108 E. Main Street Connection – Payment in full has been received. Charlotte 1 MABE Meeting Minutes May 31, 2022 Solicitors Report Blue Rock Escrow Closure – Keith has supplied the information and Stephen will prepare and get to the developer for signature. Lotharlish Deed of Dedication – Keith has given Stephen the information and he will prepare the Deed of Dedication for the June MABE Board meeting. Stephen is approved to send a notice if the plantings are not completed within the next week.
