Mayor Robertson – Discussion/For Possible Action – Annual Performance Evaluation of Municipal Court Judge Mike Coster including, but not limited to consideration of character, alleged misconduct, professional competence, or physical or mental health. Possible action includes, but is not limited to, termination, suspension, demotion, reduction in pay, reprimand, promotion, endorsement, engagement, retention, or “no action.” 2. Mayor Robertson – Discussion/For Possible Action – Approval of Real Property License Agreement by and among the City of Ely, Nevada and Cody Bliss, Cody Coombs and Ben Noyes. 3. Councilman Spear – Councilman Alworth – Discussion Only – Update on Porter Group efforts on the City of Ely’s behalf to secure federal and State funding. 4. Councilman Alworth – Discussion/For Possible Action – Review of Public Works Supervisor and Street Leadman’s recommendation on street sweeper, to be purchased with FY23 budgeted Public Transit Funds, with possible selection of either the 2023 Elgin Whirlwind1 or 2023 JohnstonV65h model. 5. Councilman Alworth – Discussion Only – Update from City Engineer and Public Works Supervisor regarding City’s runoff mitigation efforts during the recent heavy rainfall. 6. Councilman Alworth – Discussion/For Possible Action – Direction to City Clerk’s Office to send letter to Commnet with questions regarding Connect America Fund (CAF) Phase II as it relates to White Pine County, their Broadband Infrastructure Program grant application and the Middle Mile Broadband Infrastructure grant program; said letter would include a request that all responses be in writing. 7. Councilwoman Williams-Harper – Discussion/For Possible Action – Approval of Wireline Crossing Agreement by and among Nevada Northern Railway Foundation, Inc., the City of Ely, Nevada, and Beehive Telephone, Inc. 10.
