Councilwoman Williams-Harper – Discussion/For Possible Action – Approval to support the Nevada Northern Railway Foundation’s stance to intercede and file motions to intervene on rPlus’ Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) application to build the White Pine Power Project. The City of Ely’s motion to intervene would include denying rPlus permission to cross the City of Ely property and the Nevada Northern Railway track on both the HiLine and the mainline for their three road crossings, two power line crossings and tunnel for their tailrace. Council Members – City Clerk Lee – City Fire Chief Stork – Discussion/For Possible Action – Review of Quotes received for the purchase and installation of three SolarEdge Energy Bank 10kWh batteries for the Ely Fire Station Photovoltaic Panel System with remaining Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Funds, Project #C66854, with possible award. 11.
