VILLAGE OF ENOSBURG FALLS Special Joint Meeting of the Board of Trustees and the Town Selectboard November 2, 2022 Present: Heather Moore, Sandra Ferland, Leonard Charron, Eli Gabuzda Selectboard: Larry Gervais, Jessica Eagles, Pierre Letourneau Staff – Abbey Miller, Jesse Woods, Billie Jo Draper, John Dasaro, Joey Clark Guests – Meeting was called to order by Larry Gervais at 6:02 PM 1. Modifications/Changes to Agenda There were no changes. 2. Public Comment There was none. 3. Executive Session for the Purpose of Discussing Negotiations in which Premature Public Knowledge May Compromise the Position of the Municipality – Contract Negotiations. Pierre Letourneau made a motion to enter Executive Session for the Purpose of Discussing Negotiations in which Premature Public Knowledge May Compromise the Position of the Municipality. Seconded by Phil Robtoy. Unanimous. The Board entered Executive Session at 7:17pm. Phil Robtoy made a motion to re-enter the Board’s Regular Meeting. Seconded by Jessica Eagles. The Board re-entered their Regular Meeting at 7:16pm. No action was taken as a result of Executive Session. 4. Adjourn There being no other business to come before the Board at this time, Eli Gabuzda made a motion to adjourn. Seconded by Leonard Charron. The joint meeting adjourned at 7:16pm.
